Hi, been really tired these few days. Shopping around for baby stuff including big ticket items like stroller, steriliser, car seat! It's hard to choose and decide since hubby is so open with the budget but I kept telling him we can do with this and that. Haha.. Finally, most of the stuff we have gotten and our pockets have holes now. Then washed every single stuff to prepare for his arrival. (I'm so thankful we have a dryer!)
Anyway, saw the gynae on Wed when baby is 33 weeks old. Waited for very long, our appt was at 5.50pm and was hoping to join our antenatal class at 6.30pm after the appt. But gynae was not around and he only started seeing mummies at 6.30pm so we decided to leave for our class and come back later. We skipped the 2nd part of the class and went to see the gynae at about 7.40pm, so we checked with the nurse to see if we have missed our turn since we were thinking we might have but we didn't! Gosh.. That was how long the wait was.. The nurse told us he was out for caeserean before all his appts then shortly after the operation, he had to go out for another delivery and hence it took such a long wait. But well, I guess it's a norm for gynae.
As usual, everything is good and he's growing well and about 1.9kg. Funny thing is we saw him yawned this time. So cute and gynae said he must be very tired. He must have waited too long too. Haha.. Well.. No scan this time since he looks much the same as the last just that he's bigger! Will see him again in less than 2 weeks' time, appt is getting closer.
Hopefully we will get our maid in before end of April. Then need to bring the maid to probably shop for a little of her stuff.
That's my update for now. Nothing really interesting though. Haha..
I'm going to bed. And he's still kicking right now! *My hubby is too busy recently and he hasn't been giving any updates!* |
